Notte di Beatlemania a Buenos Aires.

Di fronte a  46.000 fan entusiasti Paul McCartney ha tenuto il primo dei due concerti a Buenos Aires allo Stadio Monumentale  River Plate a 17 anni dalla sua ultima visita in Argentina. Sir Paul ha aperto con "Venus and Mars", "Rock Show" e "Jet" e appena prima di "All my loving" ha detto  ai suoi fan :"Ciao Buenos Aires! Cercherò di parlare spagnolo!!". Macca ha eseguito brani dal repertorio dei Beatles come "All my loving", "The long and winding road", "And i love her", "Eleanor Rigby";"Hey Jude", "I'm looking through you", "Blackbird", "Let it be" , ma anche degli Wings come "Letting go" e "Live and let die". Come di consueto ha reso omaggio ai suoi due compagni scomparsi John Lennon e George Harrison prima col brano "Here Today" e poi con "Something"..e poi ancora  "Day Tripper", "Lady Madonna", "Get Back", "Yesterday","Helter Skelter" e in chiusura, dopo due ore di spettacolo intenso e bello, con i fan emozionati che lo ringraziavano, appena dopo aver cantato "Hey Jude" eccolo apparire sventolando  un'enorme bandiera dell'Argentina...

Alla fine.. prima che si spegnessero le luci dello spettacolo..è stato un tripudio di palloncini blu e bianchi e una gigantografia di Paul con la scritta "Welcome" troneggiava sopra il palco...il tutto per rendere omaggio a un gigante della musica che ha cambiato la musica del pianeta..
